二、申请人的资格要求：

1.满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

2.落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：

本项目为国际招标，评标结果已在机电产品招标投标电子交易平台（网址为：http：//chinabidding. com）上公示

3.本项目的特定资格要求：1)投标人应为符合《中华人民共和国招标投标法》规定的独立法人或其他组织;1) With independent legal person qualification, the corresponding business scope or other organization that complies with the provisions of the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People's Republic of China;2)投标人应为投标产品的制造商或其合法代理商，代理商投标应提供投标产品的制造商针对本项目的唯一授权;2)The bidder shall be the manufacturer of the bidding products ,the agent tender must provide the cast product exclusive authorization letter issued by the producer for the project subject to tender; 3) 投标人提供的投标机型应是原产地的全新产品；3) Provide bidders bidding models should be the origin of new products;4)参加本次招标活动前3年内，投标人在经营活动中没有违法记录，无利用不正当竞争手段骗取中标，无行贿犯罪记录；近三年未被“信用中国”网站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单或严重违法失信名单。4）To participate in the bidding activities before three years, the bidder does not break the record in business activities, no using to defraud the bidding by means of unfair competition, no bribery crime record;In the past three years, the bidder has not been included in the list of persons subject to enforcement for trust-breaking, parties to major tax violation cases or the list of serious law-breaking trust-breaking by the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and the China Government ProCUrement website (www.ccgp.gov.cn).
